NADJ Launches Member and Non-Member Feedback Questionnaire to Shape Future of the Association
Submissions Open Until 19th November 2024, Interim Report Expected by 26th November 2024
The National Association of Disc Jockeys (NADJ) is calling on both current members and ex/non-members to provide essential feedback through a newly launched questionnaire, open until 19th November 2024. This comprehensive survey is designed to gather insights on NADJ’s effectiveness, leadership, and the value it offers to the DJ community. An interim report of the findings will be published by 26th November 2024, with full results used to guide crucial future decisions.
This initiative is a vital step towards ensuring NADJ’s structure, leadership, and services reflect the evolving needs and expectations of DJs across the UK. By extending the invitation to participate to non-members and former members, NADJ aims to capture a broader perspective on how the association is perceived in the industry, as well as understand reasons behind membership decisions.
“We are committed to making NADJ the most valuable resource for DJs, and this feedback will allow us to address both strengths and areas for improvement,” said Wayne Davies, NEC Chairman of NADJ. “The voices of current members are critical, but insights from those who have chosen not to join or to leave NADJ are just as important to understand where we may need to adapt or improve.”
The questionnaire covers topics ranging from communication effectiveness and member engagement to transparency, accountability, and value of services. A key part of this feedback collection also involves assessing NADJ’s leadership structure and considering how it can better serve its members. Additionally, respondents will have the opportunity to suggest future improvements and priorities for NADJ.
All feedback submitted will be confidential, although an email is required for potential follow-up or to grant further permission if their feedback is used in formal actions.
About NADJ: Founded to support DJs across the UK, NADJ provides resources, networking opportunities, professional development, and industry recognition for DJs of all backgrounds. NADJ is dedicated to advancing the profession, fostering community, and ensuring DJs have access to the tools and support they need.
