As a continued effect of the Coronavirus pandemic, the 2021 Pro Mobile Conference has been postponed to Sunday the 27th and Monday the 28th of March 2022. The event was originally due to take place this March (having already been postponed twice) and looks increasingly uncertain to be able to go ahead again this year due to concerns about the health and safety of delegates and speakers.
Pro Mobile released the following statement:
“When we postponed the 2020 Pro Mobile Conference to its new date in March of this year, we firmly believed that we would be able to deliver the event to our usual high standard.
Unfortunately – as all mobile DJs are acutely aware – the impact of the coronavirus is still on-going.
With current record numbers of infection rates, and with less than 10 weeks until the re-scheduled date, it has become clear that we won’t be able to safely host the Conference to the high standards you expect from us and we expect from ourselves.
Therefore, we have made the hard decision to postpone the event again until March 2022. This decision is based on current government advice and following extensive discussions with our venue, speakers and partners.
The Conference will now take place on Sunday the 27th and Monday the 28th of March 2022. We are pleased to be able to confirm that we have spoken to our keynote speakers, and they have all agreed to the move of dates. Therefore the event will continue with exactly the same line-up as originally planned in the new dateline.
All delegates booked for 2021, will automatically be moved to the new dates.”
The Conference is due to see world-renowned speakers such as Alan Berg, Rob Ferre, Rachel Holmes, Stephanie Hirst and more convene at the Village Hotel in Solihull. For more information about the PMC, click here.
