Prolight Concepts (UK) Ltd welcomed Wolfmix users to its Colne headquarters for a day of product training, demonstrations and hands-on learning.
Led by Simon Bennett, Wolfmix Specialist, the sessions covered the Wolfmix W1 and its practical use. The morning focused on core functions and programming techniques, while the afternoon explored more advanced programming and introduced the new Wolfmix Wing.
Attendees travelled from across the UK, and both sessions were streamed online so users further afield could join in. The day also gave participants the chance to ask questions, compare approaches and explore ideas with guidance from a Wolfmix specialist.
Guests enjoyed a barbecue and refreshments between sessions, making time to catch up and exchange ideas.
“Training days like this are a great opportunity to go beyond the basics and show users what Wolfmix can really do. Being able to work directly with people, answer their questions and demonstrate both the W1 and the new Wing in a practical environment makes a huge difference. It was fantastic to see such strong engagement from everyone who joined us, both in person and online.”
— Simon Bennett, Wolfmix Specialist
The following morning, Prolight staff took part in a condensed session covering the W1, advanced programming and the Wing. The training gave the team first-hand experience to support their product knowledge and customer conversations.
Feedback from both days was positive, with attendees valuing the focused instruction and practical time with the equipment. Prolight says it plans to continue offering training and demonstration events for customers and staff.
